Hirbod Steel includes a dedicated sector for producing steel profiles at the Hirbod Zarandia Steel Industries. It features 27 production lines in addition to slit stripping, steel sheet, and coil rewinding production lines with an annual capacity of 1 million tons, making it a rare manufacturing complex in Iran and the region. The use of quality raw materials provided by credible Iranian and foreign manufacturers and the advanced production technology has turned Hirbod profiles into the leading group in Iranian steel profile industry.
Hirbod Steel includes a dedicated rebar production sector at the Hirbod Zarandia Steel Industries. It has an annual production capacity of 1,000,000 tons and produces various types of plain and deformed rebar and steel rods made of steel alloy, except for stainless construction steel.
The smelting and foundry sector is located at the Omid Arian Zarandia Smelting Industries. The production line consists of six sets of six-ton induction furnaces, four sets of 12-ton induction furnaces, and two continues casting machines. Rebar machining sector features CNC and sheet cutting sets and production, boxing and assembly workshops that use hydraulic robots for preparing reserve stands. The use of sophisticated equipment makes this sector self-sufficient.
The company’s profile machining sector utilizes more than 100 automated turning, milling, and CNC sets, magnetic machining tools, turning beds, hubs, pillar and radial drills, and band saws to be one of the best equipped and most sophisticated machining sectors among its Iranian peers.
